What’s used can be used again on your wedding day- with a new spin. If you’re considering a clever idea to reinvent your look from ceremony to reception, look no further than what you are actually wearing. Several bridal accessories can be easily re-purposed to create a whole new look, making it a ‘buy one, get one’ result.
Consider using the newest accessory, the ribbon headband, in other inventive ways. Walk down the aisle with it accenting the head, paired with a veil. For added allure at the reception, wear it as a necklace; or add sparkle to the waist by converting it to a belt.
Other accessories that work beautifully are cherished brooches. Walk the aisle with it on a bouquet; then pin on the waist line or centered on a bow in the back of the gown for that first dance. Pin it in the hair once the veil is removed if you don’t have a comb. Be creative and make the most of your chosen accessories on the big day.
