Norfolk, Virginia – June 10, 2015 – Vow Bridal Event Show Producer and Vow Bride Creative Director announced, Norfolk, Virginia.
As Vow Bride magazine continues to celebrate 15 years as a leader in the Virginia wedding industry, Mia Byrd joins the creative team as Show Producer of the Vow Bridal Event in both Virginia Beach and Hampton; and Ashley Grove Mars accepts the role as Creative Director of the magazine under founding Editor in Chief Kim Wadsworth.
An active member of the Hampton Roads bridal community since 2006, Mia Byrd has held positions as Wedding Coordinator at the Norfolk Botanical Garden; Coordinator in Events Marketing and Public Relations for Norfolk Festevents; and Coordinator of Special Events at The Chrysler Museum of Art.
Mia has been an integral part of the Vow Bridal Event for nearly 10 years as both a vendor; and most recently, as a Production Assistant and Stage Manager for the Vow Bride runway shows under the Style Events Team. For three years, Mia has worked closely with Kim Wadsworth as a Style Assistant and Copy Writer for the magazine.

Creative Director Ashley Grove Mars is an Ohio-native, who has made Norfolk her home. Her love of design started in the newspaper industry over 10 years ago. She has worked for magazines, advertising agencies and consulted with local start-ups, creating designs and logos. She has designed numerous marketing materials and publications; and helped increase brand awareness through her social media skills.
